Before I start with my Lipstick Week posts (which I’m currently still concocting), I’d like to share a shopping trip I took with my baby girl, thanks to SM Accessories Kids*. As I’ve mentioned in previous entries, I’m always ecstatic to dress Selene up! Frilly skirts, girly dresses, stylish sandals — did I mention I love having a daughter? The fashion opportunities to cutesy them up are endless!
Of course, she can’t wear legit accessories yet, the only accessory she can sport are headbands. But that didn’t stop us from checking out what the Queen of Shopping Malls has to offer our little girl! Of course, Daddy came along! He wants to be Selene’s shopping buddy from now and until she grows up. Their father-daughter bonding, he says.
A quick summary of our shopping trip after the jump!
This tutu-inspired handbag is just too adorable to pass up on! It’ll definitely match the cute tutu skirts her grandma Gigi and Auntie Meloy bought for her. Not that she’ll need a bag anytime soon or even when she’s a year old but I can see myself putting her toys here for when we go out and head somewhere she might be bored.
Studded headbands for little girls — a perfect accessory to dress up your school uniforms! I remember having a headband collection when I was little because I cut my own bangs and had to hide the disaster I created.
Random fact — we love these drinks from SM, especially the buko (coconut) shake! And for 30 bucks, you can’t go wrong.
*Disclaimer: SM Accessories gave us gift certificates for this shopping trip. Thank you Dianne Aquinde and the SM Accessories team!
