Mango

my go-to clothing store
Ever since my fashion itch died down, I’ve been ditching the ‘super trendy’ brands and found myself sticking to the timeless yet modern and hip pieces from Mango. I didn’t even know I was such a Mango loyalist until I kept getting asked what I’m wearing and always, it turns out to be a Mango piece. I’ve been opting for easy-to-wear slip dresses like the one I’m wearing in this post. I got this during their new store launch in Eastwood Mall, which is a huge space and includes a Mango Kids (!!!!) section inside. I’ll share the new Mango store in another post – the 600sqm space deserves it!

I’m sure I didn’t need another black and white piece in my closet as I’ve been told I should experiment with colors more. But I quite like the geometric pattern in this dress with the black trimming at the bottom and on the sleeves. If I could pick a Shari ‘uniform’, I would go for one of Mango’s slip-on dresses. Probably not a long-sleeved one like this. More like this one which I’m wearing it right now. I bought two of those – in black and in pink. They have three more colors which I want to buy as well and then officially call it my uniform.
