Blush Week BreakI’m tired of talking about blushes, you guys! Four days and I feel like I’ve just said the same things over and over again. Anyway, while doing the series, I realized I’m not a big blush fan because I don’t get excited talking about it as when I’m yapping on about eyeshadows or lipsticks. I will be finishing it though so if anyone’s still interested, I still have three more days/entries to churn out to complete the Blush Week series. What kind of sorcery is FOH-OTD, you ask? Why of course, a cheeky Face, Outfit, Hair of the Day mishmash. Anyhoots, for this entry, I’ll share a few snaps my fashion-inclined sister took when she
The FaceI shot some FOTDs for a product beforehand so I was fully made up but changed up the lips to my trusty red, MAC Viva Glam I. For my eyes, I used Guerlain Turandot, one of my favorite Guerlain quads, lined my upper lashline with a Php 150 find, the Essence waterproof liquid eyeliner and coated my lashes with Shiseido Perfect Mascara Full Definition. The brows are defined with my almost half-empty MAC Brow Creme Gel Fluidline in Dirty Blonde. The base is none other than Koh Gen Do Aqua Foundation, for a lightweight yet medium coverage satin finish. I used Dior Coral Cruise for the cheeks with NARS Laguna as a contour shade and Burberry Nude Radiance as my highlight (truly love this!). Dusted my whole face with Guerlain Meteorites in Teint Rose to get that seamless finish.
The HairI got a haircut two weeks ago as well as a Brazilian Blowout because I know my hair is in dire need of some TLC. I’ve taken it for granted, and even abused it with all my coloring adventures, that it has dried up to levels I can’t take anymore (which is why I always just tie it up). The color though – some sort of faux balayage slash ombre that emerged from gradual lightening of the highlighted and then-ombre’d parts. It’s getting a tinge coppery which I don’t like so I’m sure to have this touched up soon. Will share my hair color adventures in another post, for those who are interested (I’ve been emailed and asked quite a few times actually so I might do one!).
NON-BEAUTY FAVORITEI know I don’t talk about food here, which is a huge part of my life, that I actually plan my days around it. I recently got acquainted with this delish and quite-healthy-but-not-so sweet potato and banana chip snack from one of my favorite snack/dessert restaurants, Slice in Bonifacio High Street. I especially like the sweet potato chips more, though. And the aioli dip is heaven in a cup. They’re pretty generous with servings of it, too. I also hoarded (although not in photo) their Graham Chocolate Chip Bites which I can finish in one sitting. I can’t even begin to explain that one. Just.. yum (and that is why I can’t be a food blogger LOL).
Happy Monday everyone!
And please – kindly share your favorite snacks! I’d love to discover some treats for my sweets (teeth) lol 😉
