Sneak Peek!

Guys, I have to say.. I haven’t been this excited to own a Chanel baked quad since I first tried a Chanel baked quad. So I’m pretty mega extra psyched for this one, to say the least. Why? You’ll see below. Anyhoots, my last Chanel eyeshadow in Quadrille was too amazing an experience that I didn’t think I would ever buy a baked quad again. Until I get a call from my mother telling me she found this for me just earlier today. My mother, my ultimate enabler. Sigh. Proper review with swatches for this beauty will be up soon. I got to play with it today but I need a few more days to gather final thoughts!Β First major impression, thoughΒ β€” it does not feel like the typical Chanel baked quad I know of!!Β Did Chanel finally reformulate their baked quad variants or is this for one collection only? I hope to the Makeup Gods this is a permanent reformulation!

That’s all for now, ladies. Check back soon for the full review!

Workin’ on it, Nikki! πŸ™‚ If you like sheer soft washes of the shades above on your lids, then you’ll love this! I personally could have passed on this as I have quite a few purples na but the pattern and the limited-editionness of it is irresistible. I personally like Quadrille more!

Hmmm.. This or Quadrille? πŸ™‚ I remember way back then that you were so hesitant to buy Urban Decay now you’re just free rolling into Chanel. How the years have passed!

Without a doubt, QUADRILLE!!<3 I love the texture, formula, everything! This one is more for those who like soft, sheer washes on the lids as the shades aren't so strikingly saturated πŸ™‚

And yes, omgosh, I can still remember those days and I'm surprised you do too! That says a lot, Ray! Thanks for witnessing the monster in me come out. LOL! I guess it's cos I enjoy putting eyeshadows now as compared to before that I had zero skill or knowledge. Literally every eye look I tried to wear looks like I've got a punch in the eye 😐

Quadrille it is. Probs heading to Rustan’s on the looong weekend. Haha yes. But yoh weren’t that bad! I still recall your MegaD cake. The icing looked yummy! (No innuendo there, I’m 15! Though I did read 50 Shades. Christian Grey please be my dad)
