Hello lovely readers! One week of unexpected blog hiatus due to the busy holiday season! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas celebration with your loved ones.
Sharing with you my Christmas Eve outfit. Yes, I am aware that the Philippines is a tropical country with no winter season or white christmases but it was chilly enough to bust out the faux fur coat! I usually wear something red during Christmas Eve but nothing fit me anymore so I opted for my favorite Blanco sequined dress. I used to wear it for my rock and roll night outs back then — who knew I’d be wearing it as maternity wear!
Coming up after the jump are a few holiday photos — just want to share the holiday joy with you all! ❤
He gave me the bag two days before Christmas so excited and all telling me it was his Christmas gift for me — I told him I’d open it on Christmas Eve (like we usually do) but he insisted I open it right away instead. It felt so light that I didn’t think anything was inside! When I opened it, it was an iphone case. He instantly saw my reaction and wanted to laugh out loud but kept silent, walked away and waited for me to test it on my phone, which I did — and it doesn’t fit! Boggled, I called out how the case he was given was wrong, that it wasn’t for the 4S. He then came back with a shiny white box in his hand — and that’s when I figured everything out.
He also got himself a black Iphone 5 so we’d match. Indeed, a very techy merry christmas! Not only that, he also got a new Galaxy Note 2 from his Smart line. I tweeted a few days back how I officially lost my husband to technology —well, I’m still on the verge of trying to get him back.
Everyone, meet the love of my life — Enzo! He was too ecstatic about my gift for him which is a Pacsafe bag that he’s wearing it in the photo and didn’t bother taking it off anymore. He never used to carry a bag around but as his love for electronic cigarettes and gadgets has grown unimaginably, he needed a not-so-metrosexual looking sling bag for all his essentials. Pacsafe bags are anti-theft and usually have this sporty and utilitarian looking vibe but recently came out with this limited edition casual collection that fits my husband’s style perfectly!
With my two sisters (I have one more but she spent Christmas with her family in Batangas), Trisha and Raiza, who is a fashion blogger and has recently transferred her Tumblr blog to Blogspot. Do check her out if you’re into fashion!
And save the CUTEST for last, my nephew Jacob, my older sister’s youngest little boy —who has kept me busy babysitting him this past week when they visited us. He’s such a big baby at 11 months – almost 30 lbs – the weight of a 1 1/2 year old! Went Christmas shopping with him and my sisters for three straight days — the craziest one lasted us 7 hours in the mall.
And that’s it! I will have to post my Christmas loot / gifts / goodies in another entry if I do make one. Again, I hope your holiday season was well spent with family, friends and loved ones! Will backread on all your blogs soon ✓
Also, do share — what are your favorite and least favorite Christmas gifts this year?
