Put a Sock in your Bun!

28 weeks and counting. Can’t wait to see my baby girl!
Can you imagine there’s an old sock in between all that hair up there? So ecstatic to have learned this sock bun technique for putting my hair up! I’ve always dreamt ofthe perfect bun but never really learned how to do it right. I just used to twist my hair around before tying it with a hair elastic with some ends sticking out and making it look messy, the ugly kind. But thanks to a Pinterest tutorial I found, I learned how to put it in a ballerina bun without having to buy the donut bun accessory I’ve been seeing around. Yes, an old sock did the trick! I’ll share with you a photo tutorial soon if you’d like!

  3. November 7, 2012 / 10:48 am

I tried to do this with my hair but I didn’t have enough hair to cover the sock! Such a fail haha 🙂
